Your world was not set up for your brain. We can change that.

It’s great to meet you

My name is Megan Rogers. I work with ambitious neurodivergent students and professionals who are struggling behind the scenes.

I'm a solutions-based ADHD Coach and Systems Designer. Through 1:1 sessions, we learn tangible ADHD tools and create individualized systems to better navigate life and learning.

Applying Lifelong ADHD Skills to Short-term Goals. Whatever matters most to my clients, we start there. We learn essential ADHD skills that last for life by applying them to the most relevant challenges my client is facing. Our learning is applicable, and our progress is tangible.

I work best with clients who are high-achieving but often struggling behind the scenes with executive function challenges, resulting in:

  • Chronic Stress and Urgency

  • Overcommitment

  • Disorganization

  • Procrastination

  • Burnout

I also specialize in helping clients during transition periods. Transitions are an invaluable opportunity to set up new systems for success, for example, transitioning to college, transitioning from college to career, or transitioning back to school.

My background is in human-centered design, working in management consulting with Fortune 500 companies to design systems and experiences around the core needs of users. I've taught design thinking to entrepreneurs, college students, k-12 students, corporations, and community groups for 7 years.

My ADHD Story. Like many late-diagnosed women, my undiagnosed ADHD had led to a life of external achievement, but internal shame, frustration, exhaustion, and maladaptive coping strategies. A diagnosis gave me the language to learn about my brain and empowered a wave of transformation. I turned my user-experience design skills inward—using the proven power of human-centered design combined with the latest resources and research on neurodivergent brains, to create actionable systems to make my life ADHD-friendly.
